We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Your customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in making your experience on Zealot Designs the best! We feel confident that you will love our products for their detail and craftsmanship. We know that your item will bring you enjoyment for many years to come. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or need a ring size change, we will gladly accept a return or exchange (item(s) must be its original condition) for store credit or exchange. Please contact us for approval with your Order Number. Once approved, you will be receiving an e-mail with all return/exchange information and address.Exchange & Return Policy

Important Information:
- Any type of custom/engraved order are not eligible for an exchange or return.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages from or to us.
- We are not responsible for damage your ring receives while in transport from or to us.
- Include a copy of your original packing slip in the return package. Without this, we cannot process your exchange.
- Exchanges are generally processed within 3-7 business days of our receipt of the package.
- Customer is responsible for the postage when sending the package back to Zealot Designs. We highly suggest obtaining a tracking number.
How to Exchange/Return?
1. Contact us with your Order Number for approval and for Return/Exchange instructions and address.
2. All exchanges must abide by the Exchange/Return Policy (located above). Custom/engraved orders are not eligible and will not be accepted.
3. Once approved, you will be receiving an e-mail with all return/exchange information and address.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:
