However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or need a ring size change, we will gladly accept a return or exchange (item(s) must be its original condition) for store credit or exchange. - Any type of custom/engraved order are not eligible for an exchange or return.

- Exchanges are generally processed within 3-7 business days of our receipt of the package.
- Customer is responsible for the postage when sending the package back to Zealot Designs. We highly suggest obtaining a tracking number.
